Whether your a stay at home momma looking to make some extra cash, a beginner to cricut just wanting to learn, a creative student looking to make money to help with your college tuition, this post is all about different ways to make money with Cricut and can help you dive into the beginnings of how people do it.

I have been self employed for almost two years now and have made money through a variety of creative outlets. I started from the ground up and had to learn the very basics. If you put in the time, trust me you WILL make money. All it takes is a cricut, a couple youtube videos, and practice. Put yourself out there and give yourself grace as you learn all these new techniques. I recommend picking one topic and really working on perfecting your skills in it.

1. Selling Custom Cups
This is one of the most common ways to make money using a Cricut machine, and one of the easiest. Amazon has the best prices for vinyl adhesives. All you need for this method is cups (I recommend the color changing cups that you can find at Starbucks or Costco), vinyl adhesive, transfer tape, and a squeegee. The designs can be either bought on Cricut, or made yourself. You still use the cricut app to tell the machine how and what to cut. Watch this video below on how I did my first couple attempts: VVV
2. Selling Custom Tee's
Iron on vinyl adhesives are also beyonnnnnnd easy to do. I've sold many tee's just adding business logo's onto work shirts. You can also customize kids clothing, make birthday shirts, shirts for events like bridal showers, and the list can go on and on. Just check out Etsy, many people sell on there. For this, you will need iron on vinyls, an iron, and just the cothing you are going to customize. I've even made knockoff Adidas sweatshirts for myself check out this video below:
3. Selling Custom Cards
There's a great market for making custom cards for events like birthdays, weddings, and other parties and celebrations. Everyone is into aesthetics nowadays and people pay good money for custom made cards. If you have a good eye for color combinations and aesthetics, this would be a great market for you to tap into. Just look at Etsy here and how much people sell their's for. You just need to stand out by going all out in your creative skills. Watch below on a tutorial on how to make some simple ones to begin:
4. Selling Custom Pillows
If you have ever purchased pillows, you know how expensive they can be. I have personally paid FORTY DOLLARS for just ONE decorated pillow and that was on the CHEAP SIDE. Pillows can be decorated with printable vinyls, glitter vinyls and much more. Just make cute designs that go along with trends going on in interior design and put your samples up on Etsy! Trust me this is EASY. Watch this video below:
5. Selling Custom Stickers
Stickers are still often purchased to decorate water thermis', starbucks cups, laptop covers, motorcycle helmets, and so much more. They are cute and what more to add to the aesthetic's of people's lives than stickers? They go on cars and kids rooms; stickers are EVERYWHERE. You can even go as far as to drawing your own stickers. I'm not the best artist, but I drew some myself on Procreate and made stickers using my Cricut. One still is on my current laptop cover. These are also commonly sold on Etsy. Check out this video below to see if this is something you are interested in:
If you are looking to make money using Cricut, you can 100% do it. If I could, then so can YOU. Make an Instagram to promote your art, sell them on Etsy, and begin your small business that could potentially grow into something very big and special.
I hope this motivates you to step out of your comfort zone a little and try out these techniques. It may take some practice, but everyone starts somewhere remember that.
